Important boundary

AKTE records and compares what the accepted source documents support. It does not remeasure quantities, prepare an independent cost plan, conduct a financial audit or invent values for unpriced exclusions. A visible inconsistency is identified for clarification; the bidder’s submitted figure is preserved unless a separately labelled, client-approved scenario is agreed.

Using the evaluation in your client report

AKTE-branded deliverables are the standard issue. Subject to the Project Agreement, you may quote supported findings or incorporate agreed tables into your own recommendation report, provided source references, limitations and decision boundaries remain intact. Co-branded presentation may be agreed before work begins. Full white-label delivery is not included unless expressly agreed in writing.

Decision responsibility

AKTE provides findings, comparisons and clarification actions that support the architect’s own recommendation. The architect and its client retain bidder communications, evaluation governance, recommendation and award authority.

Standard packages are for accepted private-sector B2B projects. Public-sector, regulated, disputed and otherwise non-standard procurements require written project-specific review and do not qualify automatically for a fixed package. AKTE does not certify statutory procurement compliance.
