AKTE BID CHECK

A clearer view of your tender before you decide.

AKTE Bid Check provides a focused, evidence-based review of contractor, supplier or consultant submissions. It identifies the material differences, omissions, qualifications and clarification points that deserve attention before you make the decision.

$450

Up to 3 bidders
Up to 120 effective source pages

Begin with a short project fit check. No confidential documents required.

Know what deserves attention before you commit to a supplier.

Tender Returns rarely align neatly. One bidder may qualify the Scope of Works, another may price on a different basis, and another may leave a delivery assumption unresolved. AKTE organizes the accepted evidence so your team can compare the submissions more consistently and see what requires clarification.

AKTE Bid Check is suitable for a smaller private-sector tender or invited quotation; two or three bidder submissions; a team without dedicated procurement capacity; a focused second set of eyes before selection; and a decision that needs a concise, traceable record of the important issues.

Standard scope and what is included

Up to 3 bidders. Up to 120 effective source pages. Both limits apply, and the first limit reached controls routing. Effective page count is confirmed during source validation. If a limit is exceeded, AKTE will offer an upgrade, custom quote, source-set reduction, or cancellation and refund where applicable. There are no automatic overage fees or surprise charges.

Submission completeness and requirement response — a focused check of whether each bidder supplied the required information and responded to the stated request documentation.

Headline commercial comparison — a like-for-like view of submitted totals, pricing bases and visible commercial differences.

Qualifications and exclusions — material departures, exclusions, assumptions and qualifications that may affect scope, cost or delivery.

Priority findings — up to five material findings selected for their relevance to the supplier decision.

Clarification actions and evidence references — questions to resolve and source references showing where the relevant bidder statement or tender requirement appears.

What you receive

You receive two controlled client files: a PDF Bid Check Decision Note and a Release Manifest. The Decision Note contains the headline comparison, clarification actions, evidence references, scope and limitations, with up to 5 priority findings. A client Excel workbook is not included by default.

One consolidated factual correction round is included. New documents, revised bids, changed criteria or expanded analysis are scope changes and are priced and scheduled before work proceeds.

The package does not include the final supplier, contractor or consultant selection; legal or procurement-law advice; certification of statutory or regulatory compliance; unsupported facts or conclusions; post-award administration unless separately agreed; or a guarantee of price, performance, delivery or procurement outcome.

Bid Check is not intended for a full multi-criteria evaluation, a large or multi-lot source set, a public-sector compliance determination, a disputed procurement or a project that exceeds either standard limit.

How the evaluation proceeds

Start with the Project Fit Check and provide non-confidential project characteristics, bidder count, approximate source size and file formats. AKTE confirms the likely package route, subject to scope and source validation. Complete the commercial and setup steps, then transfer the tender documents through the separate secure route. AKTE validates the source set, completes the agreed evaluation and quality controls, and delivers the controlled files securely.

Standard package price: $450 USD. Final acceptance remains subject to source validation, package limits and the agreed scope. Target delivery is within 5 AKTE business days after AKTE issues the Complete Validated Upload confirmation.

Start with the project facts - not a sales call.

Answer a few questions about the tender and AKTE will identify the evaluation route likely to fit.
