Before you commit, we agree the source documents, deliverables, fee and delivery basis. Alene Küpper is a registered architect with professional experience in Germany and the United States, contributing to projects across Europe, Asia, North America and Central America. Her background spans construction documentation, project planning and consultant coordination.
AKTE grew out of a challenge she experienced firsthand: teams spending considerable time reviewing tender submissions, yet still facing uncertainty about what each bid included and whether important differences had been missed. The work was demanding, the deadlines were pressing, and the recommendation still needed a clear, defensible basis. She founded AKTE to give procurement and project teams practical support with that work. Through a structured evaluation process, AKTE brings commercial differences, exclusions and inconsistencies into focus, with findings linked to the source documents and outstanding questions clearly identified. The result is a professional record your team can use to review the bids, resolve uncertainties and explain its recommendation.
