A bid is rarely just a price.
One bidder includes work that another has excluded.
A program appears achievable until its assumptions are examined.
A low total may depend on qualifications buried in an appendix.
A required response may be missing, incomplete or contradicted elsewhere in the submission.
When the documents are long and the bids are structured differently, it becomes difficult to see whether you are comparing like with like - or whether something material has been missed.
AKTE brings the tender requirements and bidder submissions into one controlled evaluation.
WHAT AKTE HELPS YOU UNDERSTAND
See what the decision actually depends on
AKTE helps you understand:
01
How each bidder responded to the stated requirements.
02
Where information is missing, incomplete, ambiguous or conflicting.
03
Which exclusions and qualifications could affect scope, cost or delivery.
04
Whether commercial figures are genuinely comparable.
05
Which program, resourcing or delivery assumptions require attention.
06
What should be clarified before selection.
EVIDENCE BASIS
Where the evidence supporting each material finding appears in the source documents. The purpose is not to create a larger pile of analysis. It is to give your team a clearer, evidence-backed basis for professional judgement, reduce manual comparison and increase evaluation capacity without adding headcount.
You send the tender. AKTE does the evaluation.
AKTE starts after bids are received. It complements the tools your team already uses, including BuildingConnected, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Excel, email and SharePoint. There is no procurement platform to replace and no new system to implement.
AKTE reviews the accepted tender documents and bidder submissions, organizes the information against the agreed evaluation basis, identifies material issues and prepares a controlled decision-support package.
You receive the result as a professional deliverable that can be reviewed, discussed and used within your own decision process.
The final evaluation and award authority always remains with you.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE
A structured evaluation - not an unexplained score.

A consistent comparison of the bidders against the relevant requirements and commercial information.
Priority findings
Material qualifications, exclusions, omissions, inconsistencies and delivery risks requiring attention.
Clarification actions
Questions that should be resolved before a recommendation or award is finalized.
Evidence references
Source references showing where material facts and bidder statements were identified.
Decision support
A clear summary of the comparative position, limitations and matters requiring professional judgement.
Controlled release
A final deliverable issued only after the applicable evidence, consistency and quality checks have been completed.
PACKAGE PREVIEW
Choose the level of evaluation your project requires.
Every package has a defined scope, visible bidder and page limits, and a clear route for projects that fall outside the standard range.
Prices are shown in USD. Final project acceptance remains subject to source validation, package limits and the agreed scope.
Bid Check and Decision Dossier target delivery within 5 AKTE business days after Complete Validated Upload. Decision Dossier Plus receives a confirmed date after validation; the 5-day target applies only where scope and current capacity permit.
HOW IT WORKS
A straightforward route from tender return to decision support.
Technology supports the evaluation. It does not make the decision.
AKTE may use controlled technology-assisted methods to organize documents, structure information and perform consistency checks.
Material findings and evidence references are verified against the accepted source documents before the evaluation is released.
AKTE does not automatically select a supplier, issue an award recommendation or release an evaluation without completing its quality and release controls.
The client remains in control of the evaluation methodology, clarification process and final award decision.
Conclusions should be understandable - not taken on trust.
AKTE distinguishes between confirmed facts, analytical conclusions, assumptions, missing information and matters requiring clarification.
Where the evidence does not support certainty, the evaluation says so.

SECURITY PREVIEW
Confidential tender files remain outside the public website.
The Project Fit Check requests only the information needed to assess likely service fit. Tender documents and bidder submissions are transferred later through a separate secure route after project setup.
Preserving original source files
Using controlled working copies
Restricting project access
Maintaining document and version traceability
Separating public website activity from confidential file transfer
Fresh quality review before controlled release
Built for teams that need procurement judgement without building a procurement department.
AKTE supports architecture and engineering practices, project and construction management firms, owner’s representatives, property and development teams, boutique procurement consultancies and organizations running occasional RFP, RFQ or invited-tender evaluations.
AKTE is particularly useful when submissions are substantial, inconsistently structured or difficult to compare on a common basis - and your team needs an independent, evidence-linked second review before making the decision.
Public-sector, regulated, disputed or otherwise non-standard procurements require manual review and do not proceed directly through the standard package route.
