Tender Returns rarely align neatly. AKTE organizes the accepted evidence so your team can compare submissions consistently and see what requires clarification.
Decision Dossier Plus is suitable for up to eight bidder submissions; a larger source set with multiple technical and commercial documents; material delivery, program or pricing assumptions; additional scenario or sensitivity work where the evidence supports it; and a broader decision document for several stakeholders.
Standard scope: up to 8 bidders and up to 600 effective source pages. Both limits apply, and the first limit reached controls routing. If a limit is exceeded, AKTE will offer a custom quote, source-set reduction, or cancellation and refund where applicable. There are no automatic overage fees or surprise charges.
What is included
Expanded evaluation basis — a controlled structure for the applicable requirements, criteria, Addenda and accepted clarification information.
Detailed cross-bidder comparison — consistent analysis across a larger set of submissions without losing source context.
Wider technical and commercial review — deeper consideration of compliance, scope, qualifications, exclusions, pricing basis and consequential differences.
Delivery and program analysis — stated methodology, resourcing, sequencing, program and delivery assumptions.
Scenario or sensitivity analysis — one primary approved profile, up to 2 approved alternative scenarios and sensitivity analysis where the evidence supports them.
Expanded evidence and decision support — a broader record of findings, clarifications, uncertainties, limitations and supporting sources.
What you receive
You receive four controlled client files: an expanded PDF Decision Dossier, an enhanced client Excel comparison workbook, a separate 2-4 page Director Memorandum and a Release Manifest. The PDF highlights up to 15 priority findings. The workbook includes the approved scenarios, sensitivity outputs, working-level findings and evidence.
One consolidated factual correction round is included. No review meeting or recorded walkthrough is included in V1. New documents, revised bids, changed criteria, extra scenarios or expanded analysis are scope changes.
The service does not include the final supplier selection; legal advice; certification of statutory compliance; unsupported conclusions; post-award administration unless separately agreed; or a guarantee of price, performance, delivery or outcome. Multi-lot, unusually structured, disputed, regulated or larger projects require written review and may be routed to a Complex or Multi-Lot Evaluation.
How the evaluation proceeds
Begin with the Project Fit Check. AKTE confirms the likely package route, subject to scope and source validation. Complete the commercial and setup steps, transfer documents through the separate secure route, and receive the controlled deliverables after evaluation and quality controls.
Standard package price: $2,500 USD. Final acceptance remains subject to source validation, package limits and the agreed scope. The delivery date is confirmed after validation. A target of 5 AKTE business days after Complete Validated Upload applies only where the validated scope and current capacity permit.
