Your tender documents do not pass through the website, ordinary forms or ordinary email. After scope and terms are accepted, full payment is received and verified, and project setup is complete, we provide your project-specific Tresorit upload link. Source files follow the agreed processing, retention and deletion arrangements, subject to legally required records.

Before you share project documents
Client authority comes first. The client must confirm that it has the right to share the tender material with AKTE and should avoid unnecessary personal data. Some architects or consultants may need approval from the project owner or their own client before transfer; AKTE cannot grant that authority.
How AKTE verifies an evaluation
Accepted sources and versions are registered. Source-confirmed facts, analytical conclusions, assumptions, missing information and clarification needs remain distinct. Material evidence references are checked against native source files. Cross-document, commercial and internal-consistency checks support the review. Alene Küpper completes the final human review and release approval. The Release Manifest records the controlled files and release status.
DPA, confidentiality and NDA
A data-processing agreement is used where AKTE processes Client Project Data. Additional confidentiality terms or an NDA can be considered where required and agreed before documents are transferred. The Project Agreement controls the final project-specific obligations.
Limits and responsibility
No review can guarantee that every error, omission or procurement risk will be detected. AKTE provides independent decision support within the agreed scope. The client retains professional review, clarification, recommendation and award responsibility. The applicable Project Agreement governs correction rights, liability and remedies.
