Tender returns rarely align neatly. One bidder may qualify the scope of works, another may price on a different basis, and another may leave a delivery assumption unresolved. We organise the evidence so your team can compare the submissions consistently and see what needs clarification before a recommendation is made.

All tender requirements, bidder submissions, appendices, schedules and later accepted source documents count toward the source set. PDF and Word documents count by actual pages. Spreadsheets, pricing schedules and structured data receive an effective-page or complexity assessment during intake. Both the bidder cap and effective-page cap apply; the first limit reached controls routing.

Evidence-linked decision support — a comparative summary connecting material findings to their sources, limitations and implications for professional judgement.
Commercial comparison - Submitted totals and stated pricing bases, including differences in bidder-submitted quantities or BoQ line items, provisional sums, PC sums, allowances, alternates, conditional discounts, exclusions and qualifications where these appear in the accepted source set. Visible arithmetic, subtotal, carried-total and tender-letter-versus-pricing-schedule inconsistencies are identified for clarification and linked to their sources.
What you receive
You receive three controlled client files: a PDF Decision Dossier, an editable client Excel comparison workbook and a Release Manifest. The PDF highlights up to 10 priority findings. The workbook preserves the working-level comparison, material findings, clarifications, evidence and one approved scoring profile.
One consolidated factual correction round is included. New documents, revised bids, changed criteria, extra scenarios or expanded analysis are scope changes and are priced and scheduled before work proceeds.
The service does not include the final supplier selection; legal advice; certification of statutory or regulatory compliance; unsupported conclusions; post-award administration unless separately agreed; or a guarantee of price, performance, delivery or procurement outcome. Standard packages are for accepted private-sector B2B projects. Public-sector, regulated, disputed and otherwise non-standard procurements do not qualify automatically for a fixed package. Any accepted work receives a written custom scope, price and delivery date. AKTE does not certify statutory procurement compliance. The service is not an independent cost plan, quantity remeasurement or financial audit, and does not guarantee that every source-file calculation error will be detected. Submitted figures are preserved unless a separately labelled, client-approved scenario is included within the agreed scope. AKTE provides findings, comparisons, evidence references and clarification actions. Your team decides how those findings affect its recommendation and retains all bidder-selection and award authority. AKTE does not select or award a bidder.

How the evaluation proceeds
Begin with non-confidential project characteristics in the Project Fit Check. We confirm the likely route, subject to scope and source validation. Accept the scope and terms, then pay by Stripe or advance-payment invoice due within 14 calendar days. Only after full payment is received and verified and setup is complete do we send your secure upload link. We validate the accepted source set, complete the agreed evaluation and quality controls, and deliver the controlled files securely. Standard package price: $1,250 USD. Final acceptance remains subject to source validation, package limits and the agreed scope. Target delivery is within 5 AKTE business days after we confirm that the complete tender document set has been received and validated.
