Tender Returns rarely align neatly. One bidder may qualify the Scope of Works, another may price on a different basis, and another may leave a delivery assumption unresolved. AKTE organizes the accepted evidence so your team can compare the submissions more consistently and see what requires clarification.
Decision Dossier is suitable for a formal contractor, supplier or consultant selection; up to five substantial bidder submissions; technical, commercial and delivery information that must be considered together; a recommendation reviewed by project stakeholders; and a documented evaluation trail rather than an unexplained score.
Standard scope: up to 5 bidders and up to 300 effective source pages. Both limits apply, and the first limit reached controls routing. Effective page count is confirmed during source validation. There are no automatic overage fees or surprise charges.

Detailed bidder comparison — consistent comparison of each bidder’s response against the agreed requirements and available evidence.

Evidence-linked decision support — a comparative summary connecting material findings to their sources, limitations and implications for professional judgement.
What you receive
You receive three controlled client files: a PDF Decision Dossier, an editable client Excel comparison workbook and a Release Manifest. The PDF highlights up to 10 priority findings. The workbook preserves the working-level comparison, material findings, clarifications, evidence and one approved scoring profile.
One consolidated factual correction round is included. New documents, revised bids, changed criteria, extra scenarios or expanded analysis are scope changes and are priced and scheduled before work proceeds.
The service does not include the final supplier selection; legal advice; certification of statutory or regulatory compliance; unsupported conclusions; post-award administration unless separately agreed; or a guarantee of price, performance, delivery or procurement outcome. Projects exceeding five bidders or 300 effective pages, involving multiple lots, statutory compliance, active dispute or unusual source structures require another route or written review.
How the evaluation proceeds
Begin with non-confidential project characteristics in the Project Fit Check. AKTE confirms the likely route, subject to scope and source validation. Complete the commercial and setup steps, then use the separate secure transfer route. AKTE validates the accepted source set, completes the agreed evaluation and quality controls, and delivers the controlled files securely.
Standard package price: $1,250 USD. Final acceptance remains subject to source validation, package limits and the agreed scope. Target delivery is within 5 AKTE business days after AKTE issues the Complete Validated Upload confirmation.
